3. Data Security & Device Wiping
We take your privacy seriously. Upon receiving your camera gear, our technicians perform a secure data wipe on all storage media and internal memory as part of our standard inspection process. However, we strongly recommend that you remove all memory cards and perform a factory reset before sending your gear to us.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share your information with trusted third-party service providers (like Canada Post for shipping labels) necessary to complete your transaction.
